Terms of service

Orders are generally shipped in three to seven business days (excluding holidays & weekends) after receiving your order. Orders that include handcrafted items can add 1 to 9 additional days to the shipping time depending on the item and availability at the time your order is received.

Seller is not responsible for delays in shipping once your package has been deposited with postal service or delivery carrier (this includes packages that are misdirected or lost).

The buyer is responsible for filing any claims for damaged or lost items with the USPS postal service or carrier. It is recommended that at checkout you choose Priority Mail as this includes insurance. If you choose First Class Mail you have not purchased insurance and lost or damaged items cannot be replaced. All sales are final.
